Fee Submission Policy

We believe in complete transparency regarding our fee structure. Here’s what you need to know:

• We offer free trial classes before you officially enroll in regular sessions.
• Fees must be paid before the start of regular classes. Any delay in payment may result in the suspension of lessons.
• An annual tuition fee increase of 5-7% may apply based on operational requirements.
• If a student plans to take a break but wants to continue with the same teacher, advance payment is required to secure their spot.
• Once classes start, fees are non-refundable except in special circumstances (explained below).

Make-Up Class Policy

We understand that sometimes students may need to reschedule a class. Our make-up class policy is as follows:

• You must inform us at least two hours in advance if you need to reschedule a class.
• We offer up to five make-up classes per month for missed sessions.
• If you fail to attend a scheduled make-up class, it cannot be rescheduled again.
• Last-minute cancellations or uninformed absences will not be considered for make-up sessions.

Refund Policy

We maintain a fair refund policy to accommodate genuine situations:

• If a student remains absent for more than 15 days without informing us, their paid fee will not be refunded.
• If a student has paid for multiple months in advance but decides to discontinue classes, they may request a partial refund for the unused sessions. Refund approvals will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• No refunds will be provided for completed classes.

Leave Policy

To maintain class consistency, we have a strict yet fair leave policy:

• Official paid leaves are granted only on Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha.
• If a student needs additional leave, they must notify us in advance.
• Missed classes due to personal leaves will not be compensated unless otherwise agreed upon.

Commitment & Indemnity

At URWA Academy, we are committed to providing the best learning experience. However, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues, personal scheduling conflicts, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If any commitments or promises made by our academy are not fulfilled due to exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to provide compensatory solutions where applicable.
